This Knowledgebase article provides information about how to set the 'Registry Status' to 'Synchronized'.
Under very rare circumstances, the 'Registry Status' indicator on the Neverfail Heartbeat Management Client may indicate a value other than 'Synchronized'. This indicator is displayed on Management Client -> System -> Status and Control (lower left of main panel) and on Management Client -> Files -> File Synch And Verify .
It is normal for this indicator to show 'Checking' or 'Synchronizing' for a brief period after Neverfail Heartbeat is started, when the server pair first connects; but if the indicator does not change to 'Synchronized' after several minutes, this may indicate a synchronization error between the registries of the two servers. Such an occurrence may be accompanied by a registry-specific Warning or Error message in the Event Log (see Management Client -> Log -> Event Log ).
To resynchronize the registry, it will be necessary to stop and start the servers.
