This article describes a known issue when installing Neverfail Heartbeat on Microsoft Windows 2000.

Once the backup stage of installation has completed checking the NT Backup log may reveal warnings similar to the below:

Warning: The file \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\xxx in use - skipped.
Warning: The file \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\xxx in use - skipped.
Warning: The file \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\xxx in use - skipped.

These warnings are safe to ignore and the installation should continue as planned. There are no reports of these warnings on Microsoft Windows 2003 servers at the time of writing.
