This Knowledgebase article describes a known issue when using a NetBIOS domain name to log on to the Neverfail Heartbeat Management Console.
This Knowledgebase article may apply to Neverfail Heartbeat versions up to and including V5.0.2
When logon credentials contain a NetBIOS domain, for example 'NetBIOSDomainName\Username' the next time a log on is attempted, the backslash is changed to a forward slash, for example 'NetBIOSDomainName/Username'. This will invalidate the logon attempt and prevent access the console.
To workaround this issue, the forward slash must be changed back to a backslash in order to log onto the console.
