This Knowledgebase article provides a detailed list of the protection offered by Neverfail AMX for Conceivium MobileMonitor for BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The Conceivium MobileMonitor Agent is a monitoring product for BlackBerry Enterprise Server that is capable of scanning the BlackBerry Server logs for pre-configured events and triggering alerts. This AM(X) is intended for versions of MobileMonitor Agent that provides switchover event triggering within Neverfail Heartbeat. This integration allows MobileMonitor Agent to be configured to perform a switchover when certain log entries are detected within the BlackBerry Enterprise Server logs.
The AM(X) should be installed only by a Conceivium or Neverfail Engineer and on to a system that is known to host compatible products. Please consult the product’s ReadMe.txt file for installation and post installation instructions. Please note that the documentation to configure MobileMonitor Agent to provide Neverfail Heartbeat event triggering is owned and maintained by Conceivium.
This is a list of all services protected by this AM(X). Please note that where an AM(X) supports multiple vendor versions, some services may not be present in a particular version.
All the services are monitored and will run on the active server only. The start up type for each service will be set to manual.
This is a description of the protected data set; exact filters will be determined by the configuration of the application when the AM(X) is installed.

Automatic Filter Discovery
The AM(X) does not provide a filter discovery component. The AM(X) will need to be reinstalled according to Knowledgebase article #462 - 'How to upgrade or reinstall an Application Module to protect previously unprotected features', if the application is reconfigured in such a way that new locations are specified for files that are currently protected.
