More Information

Procedure

The user should check in Device manager (Win2000 or 2003) under the computer branch of the tree to check whether the system makes any mention of multiprocessor.

If a Hyper-threaded processor is present, the device manager will report an ACPI multiprocessor.

Both servers must be either multiprocessor or single processor. For further information, please run Neverfail SCOPE and check the Neverfail SCOPE report output.
