When should I run the FSI Collector in the sales cycle?


Once run and discussed with the customer, the information can be applied to every potential supplier and some of the unique benefits will be lost. It is recommended to run FSI Data Collector

a. At the very end of the sales cycle, either to close the deal, or to enable to detailed quantification of any remedial work required.

b. As the first step of the implementation process, after the sale is made.
