On rare occasions, Neverfail eLearning ILSs may fail to complete loading page assets even after successfully viewing multiple pages. In the event that this occurs, follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
When launching a Neverfail eLearning Interactive Learning Segment (ILS) the page may fail to complete loading of the page assets.
Using an unsupported version of Macromedia Flash Player.
Uninstall the currently installed of Macromedia Flash Player.
Download the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player from the Adobe website.
Install the newly downloaded Macromedia Flash Player.
