The order of the disk partitions on the Secondary / Tertiary servers are not identical to the order of the disk partitions on the Primary server.

Resolution

Check the order of disk partitions on the Secondary server. The order of the disk partitions should be identical to the order of the disk partitions on the Primary server.

If the order of disk partitions on the Secondary or Tertiary server are not the same as the order on the Primary server, modify the order of partitions on the Secondary / Tertiary server to match the order of the Primary server, and then reinstall Windows on the Secondary / Tertiary server.
