This Knowledgebase article provides information about the occurrence of Neverfail vSphere Client failing to properly download when attempting to upgrade.
Attempting to upgrade Neverfail vSphere Client results in the Advanced Management Client failing to download.
This occurs as a result of Temporary Internet files not being cleared prior to the upgrade attempt.
If the vSphere Client continues to show a previous version of the Neverfail Plug-in, follow the steps below:
- Log out of the vSphere Client.
- On the same machine where the Neverfail vSphere Client is running, navigate to Internet Options > General > Delete and click on Delete Temporary Internet Files.
- Restart the Neverfail vSphere Client and log in.
