This Knowledgebase article provides information about authorization to access Neverfail's Extranet.
Access to the Neverfail Extranet is reserved for those personnel as listed below:
- Neverfail Partners
- Customers with a current maintenance contract for their Neverfail product
- Customers currently undertaking a trial or pilot and within 30 days of the start of the trial license
Customers who have purchased a production license for Neverfail software but have not purchased or renewed a maintenance contract will not be able to access the Neverfail Extranet. However, should a new license key be required, for example as a result of changing hardware, it may be obtained by contacting your Neverfail Sales Partner or Neverfail directly. An administrative fee may be charged for this service.
