This Knowledgebase article provides guidance on the sale of Neverfail Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) training.
Indirect customers purchasing Neverfail should continue to be offered the opportunity to purchase Neverfail Certified Administrator (NCA) training at the current price. NCA provides training on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Neverfail products.
Direct customers purchasing Neverfail should continue to be offered the same opportunity to purchase Neverfail Certified Administrator training. In the event a direct customer decides to purchase the Neverfail product without Implementation Support, as a last resort/final option, Neverfail Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) training may be offered at the current internally listed price (See Accounting). NCIE training consists of all lessons in the NCA training course, and additionally provides lessons for Neverfail product implementation. NCIE should not be offered to direct customers unless the direct customer cannot be convinced to purchase Implementation Support.
Direct customers who purchase and complete NCIE Certification, and have an active maintenance agreement, will receive Neverfail Support during the installation process.
Again, this should not become the norm for the sales process. This should be considered as a last resort option when a direct customer will not purchase either onsite or phone installation support.
