This Knowledgebase article details a known installation issue when using Unicode characters in the path of the Neverfail installation folder.
The path of the Neverfail installation folder should not contain Unicode characters.
If Neverfail Heartbeat is installed in a folder that has a path containing Unicode characters, the Neverfail R2 Server service will fail to start.
