Customers running Trend Micro OfficeScan 8.0 have reported experiencing memory depletion and random server crashes.
- Message: java.io.IOException: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full
- Getting Event IDs 2019 and 2020
- When running Poolmon, DDK increases in size
- For servers using Internet Information Services (IIS), connections to the server are rejected
This behavior is the result of a memory leak in the system non-paged memory pool, eventually exhausting the pool created by Trend Micro OfficeScan 8.0.
