How To Check If An Workspaces Connector Can Connect


If a Connector is down, generally this might be because it doesn't have a network path (ping) or can't solve names (DNS is not working).

The easiest way to very both these problems is by performing the following steps:

  1.  Open the VM console in vSphere. The VM can be a SH, the Broker or even the AD.
  2. Open a browser window on the VM itself and try to load the Workspace portal link: Example:
  3. If the portal loads in the browser then the connector should work
