Unable to login on the portal: "Login failed: undefined"

If when trying to login to the portal you receive the following error "Login failed: undefined"

please check the following:

1. That the AD machine has internet access, if there are any DNS misconfigurations

2. If there's Internet connectivity, check that the Neverfail Connector service is running. If it is, try to restart it.
