After a Neverfail for SharePoint Switchover SharePoint Services Default Web Parts Do Not Display

Symptom
With Neverfail for SharePoint installed, after performing a switchover, the SharePoint Default Web Parts do not display and results in one of the following error messages:
Web Part Error: Cannot deserialize (convert an XML stream back into an object) the Web Part on the server.
or
Web Part Error: One of the properties of the Web Part has an incorrect format. Windows SharePoint Services cannot deserialize the Web Part. Check the format of the properties and try again.
Cause
This issue occurs when permissions that Windows SharePoint Services configured on the Windows Temp directory were unintentionally reset.
Resolution
Verify that the permissions for the following folders on the Secondary server match those of the Primary server:
%WinDir%\Temp
%WinDir%\system32\logfiles
