END OF SUPPORT LIFE for Heartbeat 6.7 (x64) and Continuity Engine 7.0

NOTICE OF END OF SUPPORT LIFE

Neverfail is announcing the discontinuation of Neverfail Heartbeat 6.7 (x64) and Neverfail Continuity Engine v7.0.

This discontinuation will become effective on the 30th March 2018. No further orders for Neverfail Heartbeat 6.7 (x64) or Continuity Engine 7.0 will be accepted from this on 31st of October 2017, and we will no longer provide code updates or enhancements to this product line.

All support for legacy (6.7/7.0 EOL) customers is limited to upgrade troubleshooting. Upgrade is supported only for x64 supported platforms.  In other words, no more support for v6.7 x86.

If you are on Neverfail Heartbeat 6.7 and your protected servers are Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, Windows 2012, Windows 2016 standard, enterprise or datacenter, you can upgrade to the current version of Neverfail Continuity Engine. 

If you are using Engine 7.0, you can also upgrade with paid maintenance to the current version of Neverfail Continuity Engine.

Once the software is upgraded to the current release from a previous legacy version (perpetual), the old license is considered null and void in favor of the term-based software subscription.

Technical support for customers with current maintenance and support will be available until August 31, 2018.

Moving forward. the supported versions of Neverfail Continuity Engine are as specified in End of Life Policy for Neverfail Continuity Engine.
