This section provides information regarding how partners can make marketing requests of Neverfail and the necessary information Neverfail requires for each request type.

Partners can request new content from Neverfail Marketing as long as the new content is promoting Continuity Engine.

Types of Marketing Requests

Co-Branded Content

Partners make this request when they wish to have their company and contact information visible on a specific Neverfail document.

Neverfail will need the following:

  • Name of Content the partner wishes to be co-branded

  • EPS/SVG/PNG file of the partner company’s logo

  • Up-to-Date partner company contact information


Email Campaigns

If a partner is needing help reaching out to their target audiences via email campaigns, they can request help creating email content from Neverfail.

Neverfail will need the following:

  • How many emails are needed

  • Target audience

  • Length of email campaign

  • Important links

  • Overall message/theme for email campaign


Customized Content for Specific Audiences

Partners with niche audiences they wish to target can request Neverfail content be customized for the specific audiences.

Neverfail will need the following:

  • Name of Content

  • Name or type of audience

  • Audience industry

  • Audience-specific jargon


Co-Hosted Webinars

Some partners find it best to host Continuity Engine webinars for their audiences. If they wish, Neverfail can co-host the webinar and present the information to their audiences.

Neverfail will need the following:

  • Scheduled webinar date and time

  • Scheduled practice webinar date and time

    • This should be scheduled at least 2 days before the official webinar

  • Webinar topic or specify webinar presentation

  • Partner Company introduction powerpoint slides

  • Partner Company Call-to-Action slide


New Marketing Campaigns

If a partner has an idea for a campaign that Neverfail does not already have available, they can request and work with Neverfail to create the content necessary for the new campaign.

Neverfail will need the following:

  • Campaign subject

  • Campaign audience

  • Campaign goal

    • Sign up for a webinar?

    • Download a new piece of content?

  • Length of campaign


Additional Information

It is recommended that upon the initial request, partners include as much detail as possible via email. For some requests, it may be necessary to schedule a meeting with Neverfail in order to fully explain the request and provide all the relevant information.

Before a decision is made, the Neverfail team will discuss the request internally. If Neverfail agrees to the request, the partner will be notified. If the request is rejected, Neverfail will provide an explanation to the partner.
