Neverfail offers a broad range of professional services. Many are in support of the installation of the product but others are development oriented. These professional services can be offered to your customer if partners choose not to offer professional services or are not yet certified to do so.

Installation and Configuration
This provides end users and partners with a turnkey installation service that includes planning, preparation, installation and post live system installation testing. This begins with a signed statement of work (SOW) that describes services that will be rendered and a high level plan for success. The next step is a kickoff call that will review all the project tasks that will be covered from start to finish. In addition, Neverfail will guide user through onsite steps such as cloning systems. The implementation covers the installation of the Engine Management Service (EMS) and the deployment of Continuity Engine onto the protected application server. Once the server is cloned, the professional services team ensure the cluster is active and replicating and advanced configuration is completed for the environment its installed into. Finally, the engagement is completed with a Acceptance Verification Test (AVT). This ensures failover works as planned and the software is configured properly to restore services as expected. Installation is remote only and is a fix price in eac region based on a pair or tertiary deployment.
Heathcheck
A healthcheck is purchased from Neverfail to ensure the cluster is operating within specifications and configured appropriately. During the life of the deployment, configurations can change and these affect the reliability of the deployment. A healthcheck exposes potential issues that could stand in the way of a healthy failover process. Professional services collects logs, analysis the data and issues a final report and recommendations for change. If configuration changes are necessary, Neverfail professionals services can be contracted to make the changes otherwise the customer is responsible to make the final changes. Healthcheck pricing is fixed based on the region.
Product Upgrades
From time to time Continuity Engine is upgraded to support new features and functions. These upgrades are generally easily handled through the EMS however not all customers like to do this without expert guidance. Neverfail professional services can orchestrate the upgrade the EMS and protected application server and ensure success. Upgrade pricing is fixed based on the region.
Plugin Development
One of the most valuable parts of Continuity Engine is AMF which is discussed earlier in the training which powers our application aware failover process. Neverfail plugins are built on top of this architecture to define rules for services, register and file replication and advanced monitoring of performance and system accessibility of the application. These rules are defined in a plugin and are installed automatically when Continuity Engine detects the presence of the application. This ensures all the application is protected consistently within the same customer and across all Neverfail customers. Development of plugins typically are for OEM partners but at times resellers have requested plugins for products they sell in high volume applications that have no continuity solutions. The next lesson talks about the plugin development cycle and how resellers can find OEM's on behalf of Neverfail. Plugin development has variable pricing based on complexity.
Plugin Developer Training
Neverfail offers an extensive training program for developers to build their own plugin. This is offered to partners that do software engineering on top of 3rd party applications and want to add their own application intelligence as part of an overall service. This professional service offering is a customized engagement and requires consultation with Neverfail before final pricing issued.
