Registering a Deal
Neverfail Sales will need the name of the prospect.
- If the new deal is accepted by Neverfail, each distributor or select partner will qualify for full discount under the terms of the partnership addendum. Neverfail will generate a quote for the partner.
- If a deal is already registered by another partner, each distributor or select partner will only be entitled to a reduced discount quote under the terms of the partnership addendum if they choose to provide the prospect a quote. This is designed to avoid channel conflict, reduce prospect shopping lower pricing (which can create a bidding war).

Quote Generation (Includes)
- MSRP of the Product
- Partner Buy Rate
- Total Including all Ancillary Services
- Any Special Notes for the Deal
Although a partner may choose to increase the price over MSRP, Neverfail highly recommends that partners stick to the MSRP. Neverfail has provided partners with enough margin to stay competitive. Only under special circumstances will Neverfail consider further discounts in order to close deals. Neverfail requires a copy of the quote that was submitted to the end user to be reviewed and a copy of any competitive quotes.
PLEASE NOTE: Neverfail will not allow land grab tactics on deal registration. In other words, partners can not just send Neverfail lists of potential customers to register in the hope that they will conjure up some business. Please make sure you register your deals as soon as full qualification requirements are met. These procedures are for the benefit of all Neverfail partners.
